Conference Guidelines

Poster presentations:
• We provide a freestanding compatible poster board for your poster.
• Your poster should not exceed the size of a standard A0 (82cm height X 52 cm wide) in portrait layout.
• Your poster number will be displayed on the top right hand side of the board so you can locate your board easily at the conference location.

Oral presentations:
• Length of Presentations: Each contributed session presentation will be 20 minutes in length including time for questions. Speakers in Keynote sessions are allocated 30 minutes each.
• Session Chairpersons: Please refer to the Conference program, you will receive at the conference for the name of your session's Chairperson. Please meet your Chairperson in your session room 15 minutes the start of your session.
• Presentation Upload: If you are using a PowerPoint or other electronic presentation, it must be uploaded onto the conference computers preferably before your presentation at least 2 hours prior. Organizing committee team will be in the speaker preparation room for your support.

Terms and Conditions

Registration Process
Registration fee can be paid either by bank account transfer or through the conference website. Full payment is required upon registration. No confirmation will be sent until the conference organizing committee receives full payment. Payment of registration fee will be in USD.

Offline Registration Process
Participants who are facing a challenge to pay online can request for an invoice to respective conference email id or to, by filling the offline registration form. You can either pay through bank account transfer, Paypal, or on spot payment.

Registration Entitlements
Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, participants are invited to attend all scientific sessions, workshops, exhibitions and other events sponsored by Clyto Access at the conference venue.
Each registered participant will be given a conference kit containing the conference booklet, scientific program & other information regarding the conference.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to conference email id or
Cancellation fee for registrations canceled:
• 3 months prior to the conference date, the cancellation charge would be 50%.

• 2 months prior to the conference date, the cancellation charge would be 75%.

• No cancellations are allowed 45 days prior to the conference date.

All refunds will be processed after the conference. All bank charges, including intermediate bank commission for cancellation refunds, must be covered by the participants/applicants.

Letter of Invitation
The conference secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangements only.
